PURPOSE:To provide constant elasticity for a spring by using a pinion fitting pin for inhibitting a turn of a spring shoe and forming a projection on a pinion. CONSTITUTION:Inside a distributor housing 1, a shaft 4 is sustained by a ball bearing 2 and an oleo-metal 3. A pinion 5 is driven by an gear associated with an engine and fixed to the shaft 4 by means of a pin 7. The inner part of an elastic member 8 such as a wave washer is loosely engaged with a projection 9 which is formed on the pinion 5. A spring shoe 10 has a pawl 11 with a U- shaped groove 12 which catches the pin 7. |
