PURPOSE:To peel eggshell of boiled egg and to separate the content of the boiled egg from the eggshell at the same time without damaging it, by setting a stirring means and a shell-separating body having protrusions on its inner wall in a water storage tank. CONSTITUTION:Water is stored in the tank 1, the boiled eggs 6 are put in the tank, the rotating body 7 is rotated, and the boiled eggs 6 are stirred. By this operation, the shell is collided with the rotary projections 4 and the protrusions 11, and the boiled eggs 6 are collided one another, so that the shell is cracked. The thin skin is broken, water is penetrated under the skin, spread between the thin skin and the content of the boiled eggs, water resistance is raised, so that the eggshell is separated from the content completely. Centrifugal force acts always on water in the tank 1 by the rotary power of the rotating body 7, the shell pieces and the thin skin are expelled from the cut part 12 of the shell- separating body 8 to the space between the shell-separating body 8 and the tank 1, and the shell is separated from the content. |
