PURPOSE:To warm up the operation of an oscillator and perform measurement in a short time by applying voltage to circuit blocks from power source terminals operating cooperatively with a conveyor prior to measurement. CONSTITUTION:Short-sized materials are conveyed continuously and rates are measured. Power source terminals 1, 2 of circuit blocks A, B- are connected to the electrodes 3, 4 on the outside of the blocks and are supplied with voltage. Since it is necessary to convey the short-sized materials in measuring the respective blocks, it turns out that the power source terminals to be applied with voltage are turned off of power source during the time of conveyance cooperatively with the conveyor so as not to hinder the conveyance. However, this time is a short time and therefore an oscillator stabilizes quickly when the power source is turned on again. In this way, the voltage is kept applied before the rate measurement, whereby the oscillator is stabilized easily and quickly, and the accurate measurement is accomplished in a short time. |
