A filling mechanism for a drinks machine is proposed. The inflow of the drink into the container and the discharge thereof out of the container are controlled by an electric motor (4) provided with a movable armature (5). In a first position, this armature compresses the flexible inflow hose (2), the outflow (3) being open, and, in a second position, this armature actuates, via articulated levers (11, 12, 13), closure members (15, 16) which close the outflow (3), the inflow (2) being free, as is shown in Figure 1. <IMAGE>
