PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence by the structure of bearing antennas and perform accurate bearing measurement by changing over bearing antenna elements successively half round with the bearing antenna element located forward with respect to the direction of incoming radio waves as a center. CONSTITUTION:The bearing measuring device is constituted of circular array bearing antennas 1, a receiver 3, a sense antenna 2 and a receiver 5 used for removing the components unnecessary for bearing measurement such as modulating components of incoming ration waves or the like, a local signal generator 4 generating a common local signal for the receiver 3 and the receiver 5, a bearing processing part 6 recieving the IF signals of the receiver 3 and the receiver 5 and detecting bearings, a bearing antenna change-over control part 7 for changing over and controlling the bearings antennas successively, and a bearing display part 8 receiving bearing data from the part 6 and displaying the bearings analogically and digitally. The part 7 performs scanning by turning back roughly a half of the elements disposed on the arc centering at the antenna element in the direction of incoming radio waves to the right and left directions alternately and successively changing over these. |
