<p>The electrode passes through a cooling chamber through which water flows; and the chamber consists of two double-walled and closed half-shells located in a brick. Both the top and bottom ends of the two half-shells are located on conical rings; and the lower conical ring is pushed upwards by a helical coil spring so the half- shells are pressed against the electrode. The bottom end of the oil spring pref. rests on another ring clamped on the electrode; and the bottom end of the electrode is fixed on a holder used for vertical adjustment of the electrode.
