Dual circuit mine air and machinery cooling system - has contact manometers and stops controlling pressure level in pipe feeder chambers

The high-pressure liq. circuit, includes a cooling machine above ground and a high-pressure heat-exchanger below ground, together with a low-pressure liq. circuit, connected to users and with reverse cooling from the high-pressure heat-exchanger. There are condensers for further cooling. The system provides cooling for atmosphere and/or machines in an underground mine. Between the two circuits, direct and continuous exchange of liqs. at different temp. and pressure is effect by a three- chambered pipe feeder with blocking members at the end of the chambers. These members provide for pressure build-up, or reduction, of liquids in the chambers, in conjunction with contact manometers.
