The present invention relates to a device for effecting the return movement of a chain saw guide bar (3) on a gripping member (1). Known devices of this type have either a limited life or are expensive to construct. Moreover, they have deficiencies in their use. A characteristic of the present invention is that the pressure-medium cylinder (5), which effects the pivoting movement of the guide bar during sawing, is connected at its end remote from the piston rod (6b) to an accumulator (13) charged with pressure medium. <IMAGE> |
