PURPOSE:To surely obtain information relating to transmission, by converting the coded additional information from the transmission side into an additional information video data at the reception side, and recording it on prescribed location on a reception recording original independently of the presence of a general video data from the transmission side. CONSTITUTION:Ahead the transmission of a generic video data, coded additional information is transmitted from the transmission side. After converting this into a video data at the conversion circuit, it is set to a buffer memory 9. A generic video data is separated and picked up into a phase synchronizing signal and a video data at a video signal processing section 4, and the video data is set to a buffer memory 8 via an AND circuit 7. Since a control circuit 10 grasps the location of sub-scanning by counting the synchronizing signal, if the additional information is recorded on the uppermost part of a recorded original, while the main scanning of the specified constant number from the first main scanning is finished, the AND circuit 7 is closed, and the content of a buffer memory 9 is recorded via an OR circuit 12, drive circuit 13 with the readout clock from a readout clock signal generating circuit 11. |
