The metal drawer for a piece of furniture has a support rail on each side, by which the drawer is pulled out and in along guide rails on the sides of the piece of furniture. The two support rails are in the form of a U shaped strip. In the outward-pointing base of the U-shaped strip is a runner mounted in the back corner of the drawer. The underneath side of the U-shaped strip rests on a runner on the side of the piece of furniture. |
