PURPOSE:To obtain inexpensibly the captioned panel suitable for building by a method wherein low density nonwoven fabric such as glass fibers or the like is arranged in waves on an incombustible base, synthetic resin foaming material is supplied on it and then another incombustible base is laminated, set and hardened. CONSTITUTION:An incombustible base 1 (e.g., metal plate, slate panel, etc.) is supplied at a fixed speed in one direction and the low density nonwoven fabric 2 made of glass fibers and having densities 50-200g/m<2> is supplied on the back of the base at wavy pitches of the fabric which is dense at the central zone of the base 1 and rough toward both side edges of it and at a width slightly smaller than that of the base 1. The nonwoven fabric is provided at a height H0, for example, 10-20% larger than its final height H1. Then, liquid synthetic resin foam material 3a is supplied to the surface of the nonwoven fabric 2 in the form of normal distribution at a large rate at the central zone and at a small rate toward the side edges to be expanded and hardened under the control of the height and the width. |
