<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently treat garbage while inhibiting its accumulation, by slightly laying a vessel, which has s top cover but not a bottom plate, under the ground while remaining its predetermined height on the ground, and alternatively charging garbage and soil into the vessel to decompose the garbage with soil bacteria. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 1, which has a top cover 2 but not a bottom plate, provided with a flanged projection 3 at the periphery of its bottom part is slightly laid under the ground, while its predetermined height is remained on the ground. Thereafter, the top cover 2 is taken away, and garbage and soil are alternatively charged into the vessel 1 so as to form a laminate composed of garbage layers having a thickness of 5-30cm and soil layers having a thickness of 2-5cm alternatively. The garbage is let alone as such. As a result, the garbage is decomposed by soil bacteria, and reduces its volume by about 1/8. The decomposed soiled matter does not have offensive odor, but is effectively used in a household vegetable garden or the like.</p> |
