发明名称 EVALUATING METHOD FOR SOLAR CELL MODULE
摘要 PURPOSE:To conduct measurement of output characteristics in the condition similar to the natural environment, by radiating light from a continuous light-emitting source which is thermally simulated to the sunlight, and after it becomes in thermally stabilized condition, by radiating light from an instantaneous light- emitting source which is simulated to the sunlight in the spectrum-wise sense. CONSTITUTION:A solar cell module 21 is set in a constant-temperature chamber 22 at an angle of 35 deg. toward a horizontal plane, and installed on the top is a continuous light-emitting source 23 which radiates light perpendicularly to the module 21. This light is thermally simulated to the sunlight and provides the module 21 with temperature variation substantially equal to that under the natural environment. The module 21 is shifted, as indicated by the arrow, to a measurement chamber 24 connected through with the constant-temperature chamber 22 in the stage that temerature of the module 21 becomes a constant, and measurement of output characteristics is executed by turning on an instantaneous light-emitting source 25. This instantaneous light-emitting source 25 is simulated to the sunlight by spectrum distribution, and whether or not temperature of the module 21 is constant is determined by conducting timely monitoring of output by the continuous light-emitting source 23.
