摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable operation corresponding to a heating load to be made in a heating device having a secondary heating medium circuit utilizing phase changes by an arrangement wherein the superheating degree of the heating medium in the outlet of the heat exchanger is detected to segulate the heat supplied by a heat supply source. CONSTITUTION:When the titled heating device is operated, the heating medium delivered by a pump 6 flows into a heat exchanger 3 where it is heated to gasify by the heat supplied by a heat supply source 1 and then flows into a radiator 4. In the radiator 4, the gaseous medium radiates heat to provide heating, and as a result, it condenses and is returned through a liguid receiver 5 into the pump 6. At that time, the supercooling degree of the heating medium in the outet of the radiator 4 is detected by a detector 10, the output of which controls a flow control valve 9 installed in a bypass circuit 8 to requlate the flow rate of the heating medium. Further, the superheating degree of the heating medium in the outlet of the heat exchanger 3 is detected by a detector 11, the output of which controls a threeway valve 12 to requlate the flow rate of the heating medium flowing through a bypass circuit 13 so that the supercooling degree of the heating medium in heating circuit 2 on the side of the heat exchanger outlet may be maintained properly.</p>
