PURPOSE:To achieve low-frequency-range playback and obtain operation like a dynamic speaker, by sticking the tip of a conic diaphragm to the center part of a piezoelectric element stuck to a base plate. CONSTITUTION:A discoidal piezoelectric element 21 and a discoidal base plate are stuck together with their center part aligned. The tip of a conic diaphragm 23 which has a greater diameter than those of the piezoelectric element 21 and base plate 22 is stuck to the center part of the piezoelectric element 21. Since the mechanical oscillation of the piezoelectric element 21 is transferred to the diaphragm 23, effective oscillation area increases to raise output sound pressure and also to decrease a resonance frequency. |
