The textured yarn is made by passing the thermoplastic multifilament yarn through the first heater at Tg-m.p.-10≦̸C under the tension of 10-20mg/d and through the second heater at Tg-the first heater temp.-10≦̸C under the tensionless condition. When the yarn is passed through the first heater, fluid jet is accomplished to contact evenly in a short time.
