PURPOSE:To simplyfy and quicken the work by employing a roller assembling zig comprising a retainer, inner ring and a push ring. CONSTITUTION:A roller assembling zig is comprising a retainer 7, an inner ring 8 and a push ring 9. A washer 10' is fitted over the retainer 7 while a roller 3 and a needle 6 are mounted then a washer 10 is applied. Thereafter an inner ring 8 is pressure inserted into the opening at the flange side 11 of the retainer 7 of an unitized roller and secured. Here the foot section 16 of the push ring 9 is contacted with the washer 10'. When applying the other opening of the retainer 7 against a spider shaft 4 then holding the inner ring 8 to push the push ring 9 toward the spider shaft 4, the washer 10, needle 6, roller and washer 10' are sequentially transferred to the spider shaft 4. |
