PURPOSE:To manufacture a perfectly closed hollow body, by putting a parison between the molds having a cavity smaller than the volume of the expanded parison after expanding the parison closed at its lower end tube-like with compressed air. CONSTITUTION:The parison 3 closed at its lower end is expanded tube-like by blowing compressed air from the blow pin 2. And the parison 3 is contacted to the inner wall of the mold cavity 5, 5 by clamping the molds 4, 4 having the cavity 5, 5 smaller than the volume of the parison 3 expanded tube-like. Thus the perfectly closed hollow body like a float is manufactured by using blow molding only. |
