PURPOSE:To form the faucet with excellent shape and accuracy by setting the cap filled with caulking material at the rear end of the faucet shaping mold and fitting the tube end of the perforated plastics tube provided with holes along the tube axis direction in the tube wall into the cap set at said mold. CONSTITUTION:Caulking material 4 is poured along the entire periphery of the groove within the cap 2 and the cap 2 is set at the rear end 11 of the faucet shaping mold 1. Thereafter, the tube end of the perforated plastics tube 3 is heated, the heated tube end 30 is forced into the faucet shaping mold 1, and the mold enlarges the diameter of the tube end and forms the faucet. At the same time with this forming, the diameter-enlarged tip is inserted within the groove of the cap 2, and the caulking material 4 in the cap 2 is poured into the holes 11,... of the perforated plastics tube end, and the poured caulking material is hardened by heat of the perforated plastics tube end 30. Thus the faucet with excellent shape and accuracy can be formed. |
