Compounds of the formula I in which R denotes various heterocyclic radicals as defined in claim 1, are prepared by reacting a correspondingly substituted 7-aminocephemcarboxylic acid derivative with an appropriate cyclohexa(di)enylacetic acid. The novel compounds have valuable antibacterial effects for treating humans, mammals and poultry, especially for treating infectious diseases caused by various Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
