PURPOSE:To detect products defective in insulation securely and to shorten inspection time by dipping electronic parts, covered with insulating resin, in a conductive fluid and feeding electricity to the both. CONSTITUTION:A tantalum electrolytic capacitor 5 is dipped in a conductive fluid 6 so that an anode lead line 6 and a cathode lead line 3 are not in contact with the fluid 6. In this state, electricity is fed between the line 3 and fluid 6. According to whether the poiner of a voltmeter 10 deflects or not, whether the cathode of the capacitor 5 is exposed out of insulating resin is checked. |
