PURPOSE:To achieve simulation in conformity with the realities by generating a false weather video signal by superposing a false noise upon a rectangular pulse waveform, and by converging a threshold level to a constant value at the part of a saw-tooth wave. CONSTITUTION:False target generation information 2 is supplied to a video generatng circuit 1 to generate false weather video signal 3 having a voltage level indicated on the basis of an indicated direction and distance, and the signal is outputted to a superposing circuit 5. A false noise generating circuit 4, on the other hand, generates a false noise 6 on the basis of the information 2 to supply it to the circuit 5. The circuit 5 generates a weather video signal 7 by superposing the false noise 6 upon the false weather video signal 3 to output the generated signal. First, the occupation ratio of the video signal in an area is set and when the ratio is greater than a set value, a slice level 8 is increased. When it is less than the set value, on the other hand, the level 8 is decreased, thus converging the level 8 to a constant value. |
