PURPOSE:To perform uniform exposure and scanning by so constituting a titled device that the optical path length, incident angle and speed of an illuminating luminous flux are made constant. CONSTITUTION:A light source 11 and a reflector 12 start moving in a leftward direction from a position P1, and a lens 15 starts moving in a rightward direction from a position Q1. When both are in these positions, the light from the light source 11 is reflected by a reflection surface 18, and illuminates the position O1 of an original surface 14. The light therefrom passes through a lens 15 in the position Q1 and is projected to a photosensitive surface 17. The light from the light source 11 is made invariable of its direction and this moves at an equal speed in parallel to the original surface 14. Since the light from the light source 11 is reflected by the reflection surface 18 perpendicular to the original surface 14 and scans and illuminates the surface 14, the optical path length or the like of the illuminating light from the light source 11 up to the surface 14 are made constant. |
