The packaging container comprises a bag (19) made of flexible plastic material provided with a rigid neck carrying a hollow-moulded cap (52), the bag being disposed inside a box (36) whose upper opening is closed by a cardboard wedging piece provided with a cut-out gripping the neck of the bag. The wedging piece (18) comprises, on the one hand, a flap (10) having a window of cross-section slightly less than that of the neck and being extended by an opening of cross-section distinctly greater than that of the neck and which is covered by a folding panel and, on the other hand, by a suspension tongue (12) articulated along an edge of the flap (10) and folding back above the internal flaps of the box. <IMAGE>
