<p>PURPOSE:To extend the life of a cathode-ray tube in a display part, by providing a switch, which turns on and off the power source only for the display part, besides a main switch which turns on and off the power source for the whole of the device. CONSTITUTION:The power supplied from a main power source switch 1 is charged in a control part power source 2, and power is supplied to a control part 3, which inputs and outputs data to and from a line or a keyboard which is not shown in figure, and a printer 6, and data is outputted from the control part 3 to a display part 4. Meanwhile, a power line branched after the main power source switch is connected to a display part power source 5 through a display part power source switch 7. The power for the display part 4 is supplied from the power source 5. Even if the display part power source switch 7 is turned off when the operator is absent at night or the like, the operation of the whole of the device is not troubled. Thus, the life of the cathode-ray tube of the display part is extended, and the power consumption is reduced.</p> |
