PURPOSE:To eliminate a master controller, by repealing a frame information toward the downstream of a loop transmission line and transmitting the new information, when the transmitted frame information including the own address information is received by the own device during the transmission of the frame information. CONSTITUTION:A data transmitter 2 connected to a loop transmission line 1 (1-IN and 1-OUT) carries out a relaying action when it acquires no right for transmission. Thus the signal is supplied from the transmission line 1-IN, and the signal is applied to the transmission line 1-OUT respectively. When the transmitter 2 transmits the frame information, the frame information includes the address information supplied to the own device to be transmitted to an address information field. Then the signal supplied from the line 1-IN is demodulated by a demodulating circuit 20, and the data and the clock are delivered to signal lines 101 and 102 respectively. The contents held at a holding register 25 is compared with the own address through a comparator 26. If a coincidence is obtained through this comparison, the frame information is repealed to the downstream direction of the loop transmission line. Then the new frame information is transmitted. |
