PURPOSE:To obtain animation books of low costs and high quality by selecting the pictures from many VTR tape programs and making plates. CONSTITUTION:A VTR tape 1 contg. programs is first loaded in a VTR 2, and While still picture reproduction and animation reproduction are repeated, the frames necessary for animation books are selected. A frame assignment signal for the necessary frames is recorded from a frame assigning circuit 3 on a tape. This is carried out over the entire frame. At the platemaking, said frame assignment signal is detected, and the image (video signal) corresponding to said signal is stored in a video platemaking interface 4 and is separated to three signals R, G, B which are transferred to a scanner 5 for platemaking, whereby a printing plate 6 is made. This work is carried out with a required number of frames, and a book is bound after printing, whereby an animation book 7 is obtained. |
