PURPOSE:To widen the band and reduce the cost, by processing a waveform equalizer, which uses a tap correction algorithm requiring correlation calculation, by an analogue signal. CONSTITUTION:One of signals to be subjected to correlation operation is inputted to a transversal filter 13 for correlation operation, and the other is inputted to a circuit 14 which gives a tap weighting coefficient series C2 for correlation operation to the transversal filter 13 and stores and corrects it, and their correlation operation result is outputted from an output part of the transversal filter 13 and is used as correction data in a circuit 12 which gives a tap weighting coefficient series C1 for waveform equalization to a transversal filter 11 and stores and corrects it. |
