PURPOSE:Ingredients such as meat, vegetables or processed food products are treated with food oil and MISO (soybean paste) is added thereto to produce an instant soup mix with high storability and good reproducibility in developing the taste of ingredients, when hot water is poured. CONSTITUTION:Ingredients such as pork, carrot, burdock, KONNYAKU (devil tongue) are prepared. In the meantime, lard is heated to about 90-200 deg.C in a pan and the above ingredients are fried. In another pan, MISO is fried with lard. Then, the resultant fried ingredients and fried MISO are mixed together with flavors to produce the objective instant soup mix. |
