PURPOSE:To obtain product having luster on the internal surface of is cavity by a process in which an original mold for forming cavity is composed of a deformation free material and the residual material of the original mold is perfectly removed by a fresh material for removing the residual material. CONSTITUTION:For example an original mold is made by using a curable impression material 2 such as polyurethane, and the original mold 1 is removed from the material 2 after being hardened, thereby obtaning the same cavity 3 as the original mold 1. Then the mixture of ethylene vinyl acetate-copolymer and liquid paraffin (melting point can be desirably set by regulating the mixing ratio of said materials) is poured into the cavity 3 and hardened. Thus, a wax model 4 same as the original mold 1 is obtained by removing the hardened impression material 2. Then, runners 5 are provided into the model 4, and the model 4 is placed in the center of a frame body 6 consisting the product. After the transparent material is poured and solidified, the bottom plate 7 is removed, and the frame body 6 is cooled from outer surface. The wax of the model 4 melted by solidification heat, is taken away from the runner 5, then the product is obtained. |
