<p>According to the method of the invention, a canvas comprising two projections (10, 11) cut out at two locations (1, 2) and two series of relief curves cut out beforehand inside the two projections is produced, the curves (11, 13, 15, 17, 19) of one of the two series being inserted between two of the curves (10, 12, 14, 16, 18) adjacent to the other series, the portions of one series (21, 23, 25, 27) between two adjacent curves are isolated and they are kept separate with the portions (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) of the other series, all the portions being disposed one on top of the other.
