PURPOSE:To make an efficient use of warm water produced through heat exchanging, by delivering warm water to a station for utilizing warm water when the temperature of water in a storage tank circulated to water-cooled condensers constituting a refrigerating cycle is higher than the upper limit temperature for causing effective exchange of heat, and thereafter replenishing water into the storage tank. CONSTITUTION:Water in a storage tank 8 is heated while it is circulated through condensers 3, 5, 7, so that the temperature of water in the storage tank 8 is raised gradually. When the temperature of water in the storage tank 8 reaches the upper limit temperature disabling exchange of heat, it is detected by a temperature sensor 12 and a solenoid valve 15 is opened for delivering warm water in the tank 8 to a second storage tank 14. When the level of water in the first storage tank 8 is lowered, water is replenished into the tank 8 from a water supply pipe 9. On the other hand, warm water in the second storage tank 14 is supplied to a warm-water boiler 20 via an outlet pipe 19. With such an arrangement, it is enabled to make an efficient use of warm water produced through heat exchange while using water for the primary purpose of cooling. |
