PURPOSE:To obtain a hollow endless material having high strength at a connected portion and being effective for packing by a method in which both ends of a hollow bar are connected, after another hollow body made of an elastic material is inserted into both ends, being mutually opposite, and the inner peripheral surface of the hollow bar is adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the latter body inserted into the former. CONSTITUTION:Both ends 2, 3 of a tubular hollow bar 1 made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin are placed to the mutually opposite by bending said bar 1. Then another tubular hollow body 5 made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin and having an outer diameter which is almost the same or a little larger than the inner diameter of the hollow bar 1, is inserted into both ends 2, 3 of the hollow bar 1. Then the inner peripheral surface 4 adjacent to the connected portion 7 is adhered to the outer peripheral surface 6 of the hollow body 5, and thus the annular hollow endless body 8 is formed. |
