PURPOSE:To speed the drawing-up operation for a document by providing a printer part with a key input part, by displaying the variable-character entry position of standardized paper, set on the printer part, on a display part by a key input, and by inputting actual characters. CONSTITUTION:A standardized form 24 which has variable characters inputted for every time and printed fixed characters is set on a printer part 2. After the switch 14 of a display part 1 is changed over to a key input part 23, an operator operates a movement key TRK to move a printing head and the cursor of a display part 11 to a position where a character is to be inputted, and also presses a print character PCK to display and print the said input positions on the display part 11 and the form. Then, the switch 14 is changed over and a fixed character is inputted to a Japanese keyboard 3 to obtain the screen of the stadardized form on the display part 11, thereby inputting an actual character to the input position from the keyboard 3. Then, the form 24 is re-set and the input characters are transmitted from a picture memory 12 to the printer part 2 to print out a prescribed document immediately. |
