PURPOSE:To shorten the positioning time by performing calculation based on the stroke value to choose an optimum accleration/deceleration pattern. CONSTITUTION:A control 1 controls a sequence to give the target position data 2 to a differentiator 4, a switch signal 32 between the position servo and the speed servo to a selector 7 and an acceleration/deceleration switch signal to a RAM 57 storing an acceleration/deceleration pattern respectively. At the same time, the circuit 1 outputs the data 61 to be written into the RAM 57 as well as an address 62. A dividing timer 56 serves as a programmable dividing timer which divides the pulse given from an oscillator 54. A movable object is controlled by the acceleration/deceleration pattern written to the RAM 57 and the acceleration/deceleration operations are controlled by the position deviation data 5 given from the differentiator 4 when a target position gets closer. Thus it is possible to shorten the positioning time and to improve the positioning accuracy for an optional position. |
