PURPOSE:To form the upper side and the lower side of an original at the same time repetitively, without frequent registering of patterns, by using a mobile frame movable with raw dry plates held by it, and a pair of holding frames opposite to each other movable with negative dry plates held by them. CONSTITUTION:The master negative dry plates 21, 31 of a larger side and a smaller side are formed, and they are held with holding frames 25, 35, respectively, so as to render both the pattern faces of the master negative dry plates 21, 31 opposite to each other. The frames 25, 35 are joined together and the rectangle of the larger side and that of the smaller side are adjusted so as to accord their centers using a microadjusting tool. The master negative dry plates are opened as the registering state is maintained, and a mobile frame 41 fixing 2 raw dry plates 23, 24 on both the sides is introduced between the dry plates 21, 31, and stopped at the given position. Then, the master negative plates 21, 31 sandwich the mobile frame 41 fixing the 2 raw dry plates 23, 24, and subject them to contact exposure. The negative dry plates 21, 31 are opened and the raw dry plates 23, 24 are moved to the next exposure place. |
