PURPOSE:To improve waterproofing in attachment portion and make the attaching work easy, by a method wherein a terminal box support is welded on outside of an outer frame through a seal member, and a terminal box is attached thereon through a seal member. CONSTITUTION:A seal member 17 such as rubber packing is put onto outside of an outer frame 11, a terminal box support 16 is provided to push the seal member 17 and previously welded to the outer frame 11. After a stator 12 is forced into the outer frame 11, a terminal box 15 is fixed on the terminal box support 16 through a seal member 18 such as rubber packing using screws 19. This constitution effects secure waterproofing, improves reliability, obviates necessity of threaded hole forming work to the outer frame 11, and simplifies the attaching work. |
