PURPOSE:To enable to freely perform the switching of the pole of different stator winding for the subject induction motor by a method wherein a specific value, with which torque command value will be converted to a stator current command value in accordance with the pole status, is memorized in advance. CONSTITUTION:The value, with which the characteritics of an AC motor 11, to be used for calculation performed at a slip amount accounting section 23, an alternate current waveform generating section 24, a field control section 22, a speed control section 23 and the like, is stored in a memory 20 in advance. The output of the AC waveform generating section 24 is turned out to a D-A converter 27. The current command value for a stator winding 11a is set on a sample holding circuit 28a, and then the current command value to be used for the stator winding 11b is set on the sample holding circuit 28b. The output of the sample holding circuits 28a and 28b is given to the input side of a switching device 12 through the intermediaries of servo amplifiers 29 and 30. |
