CONSTITUTION:After a light from a light source 1 transmits through a liquid to be measured in a reaction tube 2 in which a sample and a reagent are mixed, it is detected by a photoelectric tube 3. The output of the photoelectric tube 3 is amplified, and is transferred to first and second counters 5A and 5B. The operation time of the two counters 5A and 5B is controlled by a controller 6. An arithmetic unit 7 computes a means value of results at a plurality of points of time when each of the counters 5A and 5B counts, and compares whether a difference in a mean value is within a reference value. If the difference is within the reference value, it is outputted as an extinction degree at reaction final terminal to a printer 8. |
