The tandem brake-master cylinder is for an agricultural vehicle with two independent brake circuits. It comprises a command piston (6) actuated by the brake pedal which moves in a bore (7). One brake circuit (1) is fed from a first pressure chamber (9) of variable volume defined between the command piston (6) and a floating piston (8) and an auxiliary brake circuit (24) is fed from a second pressure chamber (91) of variable volume. Upon actuation, the command piston (6) closes a valve (14) between the fluid reserve (20) and the second chamber (91), causing fluid in the second chamber (91) to be forced out into the auxiliary circuit (24).
