PURPOSE:To reduce noise and transmission loss, by flowing a signal to both directions of a ring by a transmission station, and blocking the signal transmission to one reception station out of two reception stations having maximum transmission loss. CONSTITUTION:When a transmission 22 makes transmission, an optical signal is transmitted to both left and right directions as arrows 27, 28. Stations 23, 26 pick up a part of optical signals and the rest transmits to a ring shape optical fiber cable as it is. At stations 24, 25 which are final with left and right direction, all the optical signals are picked up from the ring shape optical fiber cable for reception. Thus, when the final station receives all the lights, no light remains in the ring shape optical cable, allowing to reduce malfunction. Since the optical signal transmits only at a half circle at all time, the loss is a half, the transmission line can be extend ed or the station number can be further incrrased for system constituion. |
