PURPOSE:To generate a crack based on an expansion ratio to a skin section, and to give the projected and indented pattern by making the expansion ratios of the inside and the skin section differ from each other when forming. CONSTITUTION:The quantity of a foaming agent compounded to 100pts.wt. resin is set previously so that the internal ground is larger in the expansion ratios as 1-20pts.wt. in the internal ground while 0-10pts.wt. in the skin section, and both are laminated and foamed. Accordingly, the foamed body, the surface thereof has the uneven pattern as shown in the figure, is obtained. |
