PURPOSE:To reduce the number of elements and to prevent oscillation, by using a complementary bipolar transistors, as the reference voltage source of a comparator and a signal amplifying circuit. CONSTITUTION:This circuit consists of an inverting amplifying circuit A, hysteresis comparator B, and interface circuit C and formed on a single silicon substrate. A series circuit of resistors 24, 25 is connected between power supplies to constitute the 1st bias circuit, and a bias potential is applied to a noninverting input terminal of an operational amplifier 21 of the inverting amplifying circuit A and to an input terminal 38 of the interface circuit C. The interface circuit C consists of a bias circuit consisting of TRs 27, 28 and an output circuit consisting of TRs 31, 32 and outputs the same potential as the output potential of the 1st bias circuit, and the output impedance is lowered. |
