PURPOSE:To enable nob-oxidative, quick heating by winding and passing the thin metal sheet around the rolls heated at the high temperarure over the objective temperature of heating in non-oxidative atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:The thin metal sheet 2 to be heated is inserted in the heating furnace 1 holding non-oxidative atmosphere. Then, this thin sheet 2 is wound and contacted to the rolls 3 heated over the intended temperature by induction heating and heat is conducted. Said roll is hollow and provided with a heating inductor in its inside and uniformly heated by currentIsupplied from the terminal 7. Thus, the surface of the thin metal sheet is quickly heated in non-oxidative condition by the simple equipment. |
