PURPOSE:To achieve function selection corresponding to the situation of an operator who handles a program device by performing selective switching according to whether writing, insertion and erasure are all permitted or not, whether only writing is permitted or not, and whether they are all inhibited or not. CONSTITUTION:A program device 10 has a keyboard atop, and various key switches 24 and a display part 25 for displayed keyed-in instruction words are fitted there. In the right-hand side surface of this device, a plug insertion window W is made and inside of it, switch contacts for switching between the permission and inhibition of the writing, insertion and erasure of a program through plugs PLG1 and PLG2 are provided. Thus, selective switching is performed according to whether the writing, insertion and erasure are all permitted, whether they are all inhibited, and whether the writing only is permitted. |
