Double extruder nozzle for composite rubbers - flow regulator for harder mix equalises nozzle speeds of differing mixes

A nozzle head extrudes two rubber mixes together in the prodn. of combination profiles of soft + medium hard rubber ("leather rubber"); it uses a screw and a feed duct for each rubber mix, with one common outlet for the ducts. The cross-section of the duct for the harder rubber can be regulated. Design enables both extrusions to shrink equally/uniformly during and after vulcanisation.
