PURPOSE:To detect the position of a float floating inside an opaque taper pipe by arranging reed switches on the outside of the tapered pipe and displaying the position so as to correspond to the output of each reed switch. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a tapered pipe 1 in which liquid flows is provided with a float 2 including a magnet. Reed switches R1-R10 whose terminals of one side are connected to an electric power source VDD and terminals of the other side are connected to a logical circuit 22 are arranged in the outside of the tapered pipe 1 in order. The output of the other terminal of the respective reed switches R1-R9 and the output of the reed switches R2-R10 through inverter circuit I1-I9 are inputted to NAND circuits N1-N9 in the logical circuits 22 and the signals are outputted to the diodes D1 to D9 of a display part, respectively. The output from the reed switch R10 is sent to a diode D10 through an inverter I10. Thus, the reed switch adjacent to the float 2 which stops in the position corresponding to a flow rate is turned on and the diode corresponding to the switch emits light, enabling to read the flow rate. |
