A method was described for pot and seedling method of Paulownia tree. When planted a tree or dug up, 10:1 (vol. ratio) mixt. of soil and compost was made in order to protect damage of Paulownia tree root. The mixt. was crushed, evenly mixed with soil insecticide and fungicide, carefully selected-sterilized bed soil of the mixt. and sterilized Paulownia tree seed by seed sterilization soln. were mixed as ratio 10: 1 (vol.). Put the mixt. in vinyl pot or setting bed, sowed seeds. Standardized seedling was made at room temp. 18-30≦̸C, humidity 80-90%. Set std. seedling and surrounding soil of std. seedling root together.
