PURPOSE:To facilitate the selection of the resin of an insulating layer adjacent to a photoconductive layer and to obtain a receptor with superior durability by forming a photoconductive layer consisting of a photoconductive material and block isocyanate-butyral resin and an insulating layer on a support. CONSTITUTION:A receptor is manufactured by basically forming a photoconductive layer consisting of a photoconductive material and block isocyanate-butyral resin as a binder and an insulating layer on a support. When a masked isocyanate prepolymer is heated, NCO groups are regenerated, and the regenerated groups react with an active hydrogen compound. That is, when the block isocyanate is heated, NCO groups are regenerated, and the regenerated NCO groups react with hydroxyl groups of the vutyral resin to form a film with superior solvent resistance and durability. By adding an amine compound or amine salt of carboxylic acid as a catalyst during heat curing, the curing temp. can be dropped. |
