PURPOSE:To prevent not only drop of a magnetic toner but also damage of an offset preventive layer, by making a cleaning member contact with a roller of the side with which a toner image contacts. CONSTITUTION:For instance, a metallic sleeve-like cleaning roller 4 contacts with the circumferential surface of a heating roller 2 of the side with which a toner image T contacts. On the inside of the cleaning roller 4, a magnet 5 is provided fixedly so as to approach a transition part A. By a magnetic operation of this magnet 5, a toner on the heating roller 2 is adsorbed and transferred to the side of the cleaning roller 4 in the transition part A, and is moved as it remains carried on the roller 4. The toner carried by the cleaning roller 4 is collected into a collecting vessel 7 through a blade 6. According to such a constitution, it is prevented that a magnetic toner of 1 component drops from between the fixing roller and the cleaning member, and the offset preventive layer is damaged. |
